Ca’ delle Alzaie is a unique residential complex, located just a few steps from the centre of Treviso, which combines the elegance of contemporary lines with natural elements.

Each flat, from the three-room to the penthouse, features spacious south-facing loggias adorned with trees, resembling hanging gardens, enveloped by selected natural essences.

For Ca’ delle Alzaie, every aspect has been carefully studied to guarantee the highest living comfort, starting with the design of the greenery.
Featuring 1,480 new plants, including 150 tall trees, this project creates an ecosystem that regenerates the surrounding environment, improving air quality and the psychophysical well-being of its residents.
In addition to the integration with greenery, which acts as a barrier against noise pollution and fine dust, the Ca’ delle Alzaie project is focused on energy savings and the protection of natural resources.
